Funky Finials 28mm Harlequin Glazed Ball Finials - Chrome - pair
The Harelquin glaze has a white base with bursts of blues, reds, yellows and greens which creates a myriad of colour. The glaze also has a subtle crackle covering the entire surface. To fit, they slide onto the end of your curtain pole and are then secured with a small grub screw.
Funky Finials is a range of finials designed and produced in house at our very own studio. The finials are all handmade. The clay slip is poured into moulds, removed then cleaned up and allowed to dry. Some finials have slip decoration applied at this stage. The finials are bisque fired for 10 hours at 1080 degrees and allowed to cool. Underglazes and/or glazes are applied by hand and a second 10 hour firing at 1080 degrees is required. The finials are allowed to cool and the metal collar is attached ready for your window.
