Refund policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days and return the goods within 30 days from the day of receiving your order for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days of us receiving your returned items. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

If after 14 days you want to return your order for any reason you have up to 30 days from day of ordering. With your parcel, please include a copy of your invoice and reason of return. You will be refunded the price paid excluding the shipping costs and return shipping costs. We require it to arrive back to us in its original condition including packaging and that you obtain Proof of Posting.
We cannot refund items without its original packaging, or products that have been trimmed or adjusted in any way.
Slight variations of colours is not considered a fault (especially on the wooden poles and blinds)

CLEARANCE - Products ordered from Clearance Category are not returnable/refundable

MTM - As Made to Measure are to customer specification they cannot be cancelled or returned under normal conditions. Only under Manufactures defect can they be returned. PLEASE ENSURE ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE ACCURATE AND THAT ALL SPECIFICATIONS ARE UNDERSTOOD, WE CANNOT ACCEPT ALTERATIONS, CANCELLATIONS OR LIABILITY FOR INCORRECT INSTRUCTIONS OR MEASUREMENTS.

MTM orders cannot be accepted over the phone.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
